You can monitor progress in your TenantVERIFY® account Control Panel.
All the documentation (application form, any documents you upload and the report) will be archived in your account for future reference.
You can upload or e-mail (contact@tenantverify.co.uk) supporting documents (e.g. photo ID, utility bills etc) when making an application or at a later date.
You can also add late and supplementary information regarding an applicant using the Messaging System in your account Control Panel.
Each application is given a unique reference number – always quote this in any correspondence or enquiries with us.
