Every Check has a Reference Number
Every Tenant Check you do through TenantVERIFY® is given a unique 15 or 16 digit reference number
Example: 1-23456789-1011-12
Example: 1-23456789-1011-12-2
This number is e-mailed to you in the confirmation e-mail when you submit an application.
The reference number will also appear against the application in your on-line account, and on our bank payment system.
We also include this number on the Report that we send you.
Always quote this reference number in any correspondence with TenantVERIFY®, if you contact us by e-mail or telephone
