TenantVERIFY®

Using our online System is Easy

  1. Register for a User Account - user accounts are FREE, secure and without obligation, then:
    • Choose the Check you want to carry out and send a Link to your tenant applicant for online completion - this is the fastest method.
    • Alternatively, e-mail the pdf form over to your tenant and have them complete, scan and return it via e-mail, or
    • Print off a form and have the applicant complete it by hand.
  2. When your online form is returned - check the information to make sure it is accurate and correct and click on the “submit button”.
  3. For e-mailed and printed forms - transfer the information from the completed application form to our online form.
  4. The information will be sent to us and will be stored in your User Account.
  5. When you submit a completed application you will be passed through to our secure bank payment system. You can pay using your credit or debit card. We accept a full range of credit and debit cards including, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Is this Service Secure and Confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy and security is very important to us. Any information you disclose to us will be kept completely confidential. We will never give out or sell contacts or e-mail addresses, that's an absolute promise. Your account can be deleted from our systems at any time in the future if you so wish.

Your User Account allows you to securely access the Credit Search and Referencing Service online in a secure and safe way.

TenantVERIFY® uses a wide range of security measures to protect you online, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer Authentication), and firewall protected servers, websites and databases.

We adhere to the terms of the Sale of Goods Act, UK Consumer Legislation, the EU Distance Selling Regulations and the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications, the Data Protection Act 1998 and we are registered with the Information Commissioners Office – Reference number ZA013861

Our payments systems are Compliance tested with Trustwave® Trusted Commerce.

Registering for a TenantVERIFY® Account

Why do I Need to Register for a User Account and Sign in with my User Name and Password?

The User Account means that you can login to your Control Panel at any time via the secure link to place new orders, to check on the progress of your order and when complete to retrieve and download your final report online.

All the information you submit and the reports you receive will be retained in your account for future reference.

Any supporting documents that you upload to the system such as copies of passports, visas, bank statements, photos etc will be stored for your future reference

Always keep your account details - User Name and Password - safe and secure.

Can I Delete my Account at a Later Stage?

Yes, the account including your contact details and any order history can be deleted in full at any time. All you need do is contact us by telephone or e-mail with some identification and we will permanently delete your details without delay.

Will I be Contacted by TenantVERIFY®?

We will e-mail and SMS text message you to notify you of progress and issue payment receipts for any orders you place. If we have a problem or need more information we may occasionally telephone you. We also automatically add you to the LandlordZONE® Advertising and Newsletter e-mail list - sent out monthly to landlords and letting agents.

Note: it is important that you include current telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) so that we can contact you quickly if we need to speed-up and chase information for an application.

The Newsletter contains useful information and tips about renting out property. If you would prefer not to receive this, simply click the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of every mailing and you will be automatically deleted from the mailing list.

Make sure all your contact details are as comprehensive as possible, up-to-date and accurate. This will save time and speed-up our checks should we have any queries or need more information from you. You can up-date your personal details in your TenantVERIFY® Account at any time.

Can I Easily Contact TenantVERIFY® if I Have a Query?

Yes, we can be contacted at any time (1) through the account messaging service, (2) by e-mail or (3) by telephone - see the Contact Us page. There's always someone available during office hours.

By Registering for a User Account you lodge your details as a Landlord or Letting Agent just the once.

If you use our system again you will find all your details (applicants don't see your details) are automatically entered into the application forms - all you need do is enter your tenant's details on the on-line forms, or to save you time, send a link and get your tenant to do this themselves online.

Remember, you can access your account at any time to check the progress of your checks and you can download completed or archived reports for up to 12 months after your checks are completed.

Allowing TenantVERIFY® Account Access

TenantVERIFY® Account access is restricted to authorised landlords and agents (including their staff), but on no account should Tenant Applicants be given access. Keep user names and passwords safe and secure at all times.
