Your Online Bank Payments to TenantVERIFY®

Once you have completed the online application form and click SUBMIT, you will be taken through to our bank's payment system.

This is the bank's own payment process which is a secure online system accepting all the major credit and debit cards and operated by PaySafe®.

It is perfectly safe to use this online payment process. You will received a confirmation of your application submission from TenantVERIFY® with a unique bank payment reference number for each application you make, and also a confirmation of your credit card payment from the bank.

Please note: we cannot start your tenant checking process until we receive confirmation from PaySafe® that the payment has been completed.

Is this Service Secure and Confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy and security is very important to us. Any information you disclose to us will be kept completely confidential. We will never give out or sell contacts or e-mail addresses, that's an absolute promise. Your account can be deleted from our systems at any time in the future if you so wish.

Your User Account allows you to securely access the Credit Search and Referencing Service online in a secure and safe way.

TenantVERIFY® uses a wide range of security measures to protect you online, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer Authentication), and firewall protected servers, websites and databases.

We adhere to the terms of the Sale of Goods Act, UK Consumer Legislation, the EU Distance Selling Regulations and the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications, the Data Protection Act 1998 and we are registered with the Information Commissioners Office – Reference number ZA013861

Our payments systems are Compliance tested with Trustwave® Trusted Commerce.

Advance Credits

For landlords and in particular agents who use our service frequently you may be interested to know that you can purchase advanced credits through the bank system. This mean you don't need to pay for each application individually - you can buy a block of applications in advance.

This is particularly useful if only one person in the office holds the credit card, or you need to make repeat applications all at the same time - for security purposes the bank limits the number of purchases you can make in any one session - to usually around 2.

Incomplete or Failed Payments

Occasionally, you may not complete the whole process for one reason or another. If you have completed the application form but not paid, your form will be stored for future use. When you do decide to complete the process simply re-enter your account, go to Checks in Progress and click on late payment link - the Pay for This link.
